This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Ryan Andrew Hill who was born in St Johns Hosptial, Livingston, Scotland on May 13, 2001 and passed away on May 16, 2001 at Queen Mothers Neonatal Intensive Care, Glasgow. What We Keep in Memories are ours Unchanged Forever

Ryan Andrew Hill
I was 33 weeks pregnant when I had Ryan due to Pre eclampsia, things were ok for 2 days then we were called late the 2nd night to be told that Ryan was very ill, a crew were coming from Queen Mothers to pick him up, they thought he had a heart disorder, they worked on him for hours trying to get him into the incubator for the journey, the police were at the door waiting for him and the paramedics were sitting waiting, eventually they managed to take him, we arrived at Queen Mothers later, to be told that Ryan was critical and we needed to see him now, they explained that there was nothing they could do for Ryan unfortunately he had Tetrology of Fallot and other things wrong with his heart, he inherited that from his mummy, just at that the monitors started beeping and they took the breathing tube out and handed him to me, I held him realising that this was it, Ryan died. We were put in another room with Ryan, a nurse came and washed and dressed him and we took lots of pictures, hand and feet prints, a lock of hair. My Parents came and held him. Then we had to leave him, I felt numb, my husband Paul was distraught. Ryan was a much wanted and loved little boy for the 3 days he lived.
